We couldn’t be happier with our Smith Brothers of Berne Style 261 Sofa with Butterfly print throw pillows that we bought from Bothell Furniture! Brandon and the rest of the Bothell Furniture team were great communicators and a joy to work with. They answered questions quickly, and Brandon was a great listener when it came to fabric selection. I’m the indecisive person that likes too many things and he helped identify which fabrics best met my family’s needs and narrow down the options. It was important to us to go with an heirloom furniture brand as we want this sofa to last our family for multiple decades and possibly even multiple generations. We love that the sofa has all detached cushions (3 seat and 3 back) and that it has a sloped arm, which works great with our mix of traditional and modern decor and style. We have a bit of a long and narrow family/living room and love that this sofa doesn’t feel too bulky; great depth. And most importantly, the sofa is so very comfortable; perfectly supports back when leaning against the arm rest, great height for arms, the back is a great height for supporting heads and neck. Next time we need to make a bigger furniture purchase, our first stop will be Bothell Furniture.

We wanted Mission style furniture choices and we were very pleased to find Bothell Furniture had many choices available. We were further very glad to find the selections were on sale. Our sofa selection led to a coffee table and leather recliner selection. The time estimate for construction and delivery were spot on. The delivery of the pieces was very good and as promised, “white glove” delivery. We love our new furniture!

My husband and I have done business with them several times, so whenI volunteered to buy new furnishings for our condo community clubhouse, I knew this was the place to go for service and quality. It was daunting buying for other people and I wasn't sure where to start, but Brandon made it simple. He made recommendations for most durable material and helped me find colors and patterns that fit our design. Super low pressure and everything made in the USA. Highly recommended!

The employees at Bothell Furniture are very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy at all. At both of our visits, we felt comfortable taking our time to explore our options. Once we ordered, they were very good at communicating changes in anticipated arrival dates. The delivery team was respectful of the space, skillful, and efficient. Bothell Furniture will continue to be our go-to store for great quality furniture.

I had an excellent experience with Bothell Furniture. Gayle was very knowledgeable and provided great service. She was able to answer all my questions and help me decide on what finishes would go best in my house for the dining room table/chairs and also another side table for a different room. The furniture is just beautiful. I really appreciate Gayle's help and expertise!

We recently purchased a couch from Bothell Furniture. It was an easy and enjoyable process. We went into the store just to look at couches, but found one that we really liked and wanted to order. The staff was friendly and encouraged us to sit on the furniture to test whether that piece of furniture would be comfortable for us. The staff was extremely helpful, but also low key. There was never any pressure to make a purchase. We recommend Bothell Furniture to anyone who is looking to purchase quality furniture without pressure from salespeople.

We highly recommend Bothell Furniture for great quality furniture at a reasonable price. We had been looking for a dining room set for several months and stopped into Bothell when passing through the area. We found a beautifully crafted Simply Amish set that provided stain, matching chair, and table edge options. It made it easy to tailor the set to our liking! The staff were all knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience shopping at Bothell Furniture!

The best experience shopping there! I admit it was well above my first budget, But we absolutely love our couch! It is beautiful and so comfortable. Everyone working there is kind and polite. My son is in a wheelchair so if we wanted to try a couch behind a coffee table they were quick to move the table or even clear a path so he could practice transferring from the wheelchair to couch. They also had the perfect balance of being there to answer questions, but not push for quick decision and sale. We left very happy with our purchase. And we were treated with the most respect. Thank you!
